On June 14, 2022 we opened our 1st Women and Children's home - Hope House. A residence solely for women with children - women who are able to relate to one another while building their parenting skills with a solid foundation upon Jesus Christ. In addition to this amazing opportunity to grow and expand, we have several other ministry homes in Needles that are run by the church and are currently home to the many families with children that are participating in our discipleship program daily. Our goal is to help all of these individuals to begin to reclaim their independence, further or complete their education and develop the confidence and motivation necessary to become functioning members of society once again.
We have the beautiful privilege of watching, first hand, God move mountains in the lives of those who earnestly seek Him. Most of the families that come to Set Free for help had absolutely nothing when they came through our doors except the clothes on their backs. Now, their children are healthy and attending school, they either have obtained or are seeking employment and are well on their way to rebuilding their lives individually and as a family, by the grace and mercy of our loving God.
We are continuously in need of diapers, wipes, feminine hygiene products, toiletries and cleaning supplies as well as large volumes of healthy foods and snacks, juices, milk and water on a regular basis in order for us to maintain the highest quality of care to offer these women and children.
