In 2012 Set Free Church of Needles, CA was born out of Set Free Christian Fellowship, Yucaipa, CA when the Arizona Southern Baptist Convention gave the property of the old First Baptist Church in downtown Needles to Set Free. At the heart of the Tri-State Area of California, Nevada, and Arizona, Needles is diverse in its culturalization and demographics. It is the ideal location for sharing the Love of Jesus Christ by which the most desperate of human needs may be met.
Currently we average 120+ in our Sunday morning worship service and 90-100 in our Wednesday evening worship service. We have approximately 30 kids in children’s church during both Sunday and Wednesday services. In 2020 we baptized 57 individuals (# decreased substantially from previous year because of Covid-19 restrictions) and had over 125 salvations of record!
